FUEL15 is a collaboration and year-long celebration of creativity + craft made possible by Cohber. Together with my FUEL15 creative team members Kate Sonnick and Diane Fitzgerald Harris, we hand-picked some of Rochester’s most inspiring creatives—seasoned veterans and emerging talent. Their mission: to make an image based on one word. Each of the words represents one of Cohber’s printing techniques. Other than that one single word, there were no explanations, no rules and no boundaries, except for an image size and a deadline. The result is more than a calendar, more than 13 images and more than a showcase for creativity and printing. It’s a collaboration between art and craft, and between idea and execution that will fuel the creative community for 2015. FUEL15 brand materials include logo, calendar, monthly eblasts, FUELgood cards and mug. FUEL15 creatives include Walter Colley, Mark Stone, Shanna Murray, Jeremy Schwartz, Chris Lyons, Joe Mayernik, Gretchen Bye, Sherri Baker Hamilton, Matt Calabrese, Grant Taylor, Karrie Gurnow and Will Strawser.
